These terms cover the use of gacf.ch. The commission itself is always governed by a separate signed contract between you and the atelier.

The website

The pages here describe our work and a few past builds. Nothing on this site is an offer for sale. Cars shown were built for specific clients and aren't available again.

Enquiries and membership

Sending the membership enquiry form starts a conversation, nothing more. A binding agreement only exists once both sides have signed a written contract setting out scope, timeline, and price.

Intellectual property

All photography, text, the GACF name and the wordmark are ours. Mercedes-Benz and "G-Class" are trademarks of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and are used only to describe the vehicles we modify. We are an independent atelier and not affiliated with Mercedes-Benz.

Liability

We try to keep this site accurate, but we don't warrant that every detail is current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the Verein's seat, as set out in the Verein's statutes.
