We're a small atelier and we treat personal data the same way we treat a client's car — carefully, and only with the people who need to touch it.
Who we are
Global Assets & Collectors Forum is the data controller. You can reach us any time at secretariat@gacf.ch.
What we collect
When you write to us or fill in the membership enquiry form, we receive your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about the project. That's it. We don't run trackers, ad pixels, or third-party analytics.
Why we keep it
To answer you, to discuss a possible membership, and — if an enquiry goes ahead — to draft a contract and complete the work. Legal basis: your consent and the steps required to enter into a contract (Art. 6 GDPR / applicable national data-protection law).
How long
Inquiries we don't take forward are deleted after twelve months. Client files are kept for the duration of the project plus the retention periods required by applicable commercial law (typically ten years).
Who else sees it
Only people within the GACF Secretariat have access. Data is never sold or shared with third parties. Atelier where their work is involved. We don't sell or share data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just write to us.
